A Culture of Excitement
In the fall of 2006, we undertook the challenge of buiding a financial services company where every associate will create a memorable and exciting customer experience.
To sum up our promise to customers, we've adopted the tagline, "I'm So Excited!" from the Pointer Sisters' music and lyrics as our stage to tell the world that we are out to change the customer service experience. We are not out to simply satisfy - we aspire to be "America's Most Exciting BankSM."

1. We have governing boards that establish the mission, guide the operations, oversee the effectiveness, ensure the ethical conduct and monitor the fiscal affairs of the foundations.
2. We recognize and act upon our obligations to multiple stakeholders: the corporate donor and its directors and employees, shareholders, grantees and grant seekers, the public and governmental bodies.
3. We respect our nonprofit partners' missions and expertise and strive for relationships based on candor, understanding and fairness.
4. We welcome public comment and communicate openly.
5. Our philanthropic activities are aligned with the company's vision, mission, values, culture and strategies.
