Customer Service Professional (Telecommunications)

 

 

Job Description

 

Adecco is recruiting experienced customer service representatives who are ready to take their career to the next level, or put those years of education to use in a professional business setting.    


 

What's the Job?

You will serve as a single point of contact with the ability to coordinate activities between both internal and external clients.  Administrative responsibilities require various database applications, order entry, documentation of project progress and billing resolution.

Do I Have What it Takes?

Strong verbal and written communication skills, superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines, and demonstrated proficiency with the MS Office Application Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).  Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus.
