Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing Rumford team! This position supports the Customer Service team as the branch’s new account representative.

The Banking Specialist is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our customer experience by serving our customers in a variety of ways. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account needs
• Build and foster relationships with bank customers and clients 
• Prepares documents and responds to customers utilizing Business Online products
• Process customer transactions on the teller line as needed
• Supporting overall Rumford branch activities

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Robust attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
• Prior banking experienced desired
