The successful candidate will have excellent management and communication skills, be experienced in management and analysis of financial and operational data and possess effective problem solving. Must have the ability to work within and foster the development of a team model of operations and to work independently and function as an integral member of a healthcare team while handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Applicants should possess an associate's degree in business and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental office setting, including at least one year of supervisory experience (comparable experience in lieu of education will be considered). Experience with computer systems including electronic dental records and billing systems is necessary including detailed knowledge of collections and third-party billing processes.
