Training: We provide all necessary training for MHRT-1 certifications at no cost to the employee, and we pay our employees to attend trainings in-house.

ESM, Inc. was founded in 1992 by the current owner and President Jean Gallant. Jean began as the only employee and has built the company to over 300 employees, over 650 consumers/clients, and is Maine's premier social services agency. ESM, Inc. has four divisions covering most of the State of Maine, including the Greater Augusta area, Greater Lewiston/Auburn areas, and Greater Skowhegan. ESM is noted for never turning away a client that needs and wants our help. ESM is a leading sponsor of Maine Special Olympics and NAMI (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill), among other community support ESM offers.
