ESM, Inc. is seeking highly motivated applicants for the position of “Administrative Assistant” in our Augusta office.

The primary role of an Administrative Assistant is to assist the department personnel and Directors for which they are the Assistant for. The successful applicant for this position will support the Community Services team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the organization of the department and will be responsible for information coming into and leaving the area.

Requirements The successful candidate must have two years' experience in an office setting, the ability to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance that meets Maine legal requirements. ESM employees must be caring, show enthusiasm, and have a good work ethic.

Benefits ESM offers weekly pay, Health, Vision and Dental Insurances (100% paid by employer), AFLAC insurances (100% paid by employee), vacation time offered after 120 days of service within the first anniversary year and a set vacation time amount that increases with years of service, nine (9) paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and 401K fund after eligibility is met (25% employer match up to $20.00 per week).

Education The successful applicant will have a High School Diploma or GED.
